Common questions about ordering a China company credit report
Why must the company name be in Chinese?
China's official business registry uses Chinese characters as the authoritative company name. An English name or pinyin translation may not match the registered entity. Providing the exact Chinese name ensures we retrieve the correct company data.
How do I find the Chinese name of a company?
If you only know the English name, try searching on the supplier's official website, Alibaba/1688 store page, or ask the supplier directly for their full Chinese company name (公司全称). You can also use the Unified Social Credit Code (18 digits) instead.
What if I enter multiple companies?
Enter one company per line in the text area. Select the matching quantity. Each company will receive its own independent credit report. The total price is $9.99 × number of companies.
What does the report include?
The report includes: company name (Chinese & English), Unified Social Credit Code, registration status, legal representative, registered capital, paid-in capital, establishment date, operating period, company type, business scope, registered address, and shareholder information. How long does delivery take?
Most reports arrive within 4 to 12 hours. If a query needs extra verification, it can take up to 24 hours. We email you when your report is ready.
