Frequently Asked Questions
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, use this order lookup page and enter your email to see if your order appears. If the order exists but you did not receive the email, please contact us so we can resend it.
How long does it take for my report to be ready?
Most reports are delivered within 4 to 12 hours. The status column shows "Completed" when your report is ready to download. You can save this page and check back anytime.
What if my order status says "No Data Found"?
This means we could not find the company in China's official business registry. Common reasons include an incorrect Chinese company name, a very recently registered company (give it 1 to 2 weeks), or a mistyped registration number. In this case you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us to process it.
I lost my order confirmation. Can I still find my orders?
Yes. As long as you remember the email address used for the order, you can look up all your orders on this page. No password or order number needed.
