When you use CheckChinaCompany, whether you browse the site or order a report, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Service Description

CheckChinaCompany provides English-language credit reports on Chinese companies. Each report is compiled from the official Chinese business registries at the time you order. Reports are delivered by email within 12 hours of confirmed payment.

2. Pricing and Payment

Each China company credit report costs $9.99 USD. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Stripe, PayPal, and CREEM. All prices are in US dollars; sales tax may apply where required.

3. Report Delivery

We deliver your credit report within 12 hours of order confirmation, by email to the address you provide. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct.

4. Refund Policy

If we cannot retrieve registration data for the company you specified, you get a full refund. This can happen when:

• The company is not officially registered in China
• The company name or registration number is incorrect
• The company’s registration has been cancelled and removed from the active registry
• Our data sources are temporarily unavailable

If a report is delivered but you are not satisfied, we handle refund requests individually. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

5. Disclaimer

Our reports come from the official Chinese business registries. We check the data carefully, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is error-free or complete. Use the report as part of your due diligence, not as the only basis for a business decision.

CheckChinaCompany is not a law firm, credit rating agency, or investigative service. Our reports do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and report formats, belongs to CheckChinaCompany and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reports you buy are for your internal business use. You may not redistribute or resell them without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Try to access data outside what your purchased report includes
• Use automated systems to place orders or scrape content
• Misrepresent who you are or why you are asking
• Break any applicable law

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheckChinaCompany is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it through good-faith negotiation, and then through binding arbitration if needed.
